1.       Sol.Verghese Kurien was the father of the White Revolution.
2.       Sol. Plan Holidays (1966–1969) Due to miserable failure of the Third Plan the government was forced to declare “plan holidays” (from 1966–67, 1967–68, and 1968–69). Three annual plans were drawn during this intervening period.

The founder and architect of India’s Blue Revolution is widely regarded to be Dr. Hiralal Chaudhuri, who in 1957 developed the process of induced breeding in carp.

5.       Sol. It was an initiative by India’s National Dairy Development Board (NDDB) and was the world’s biggest dairy development programme. It transformed India from a milk deficient nation into the world’s largest milk producers.

10.   Sol. The First five year plan was based on the Harrod-Domar model. It was made for the duration of 1951 to 1956.
